Coriander leaves kheer (payasam) is an instant healthy dessert which can be prepared in a minute. This delicious dish is prepared with coriander leaves, grated coconut, jaggery powder and cardamom powder.

Preparation time: 1 minute
1 cup = 350ml
1 spoon = 10 ml
1 tsp = 5 ml
1 coffee spoon = 2.5 ml
- Coriander leaves (Celery) – 1 cup
- Grated coconut / dry desiccated coconut powder– 2 spoon
- Jaggery powder – 4 tsp
- Cardamom powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Water – slightly less than 1 cup
- Ice cubes – 2 (optional)
- Add the coconut powder, jaggery powder, cardamom powder and water to the coriander leaves.
- Grind it to a very thick juice. Add the ice cubes to it. Coriander leaves kheer is ready.
