Brownie Banana balls

Brownie Banana ball is a mouth-watering Dessert prepared with Brownie Walnut Cake, Banana, Khoya, Condensed Milk, Milk powder, Jaggery and Dark Chocolate Syrup.

As I want to add fiber and Nutrients to this Dessert, I have added Red Banana to it. As Sugar is already present in the Condensed Milk and Milk powder, I don’t want to add more Sugar to it. But, I have added Jaggery powder instead which is a healthy substitute for it.

Gobi Musallam is a delectable North Indian Gravy prepared with the blanched whole Cauliflower, Khoya, Pumpkin seeds, Tomatoes, Onion and Spices. In this delicious gravy, the Cauliflower as a whole is first blanched and then cooked in creamy gravy. It tastes the best with Plain rice, Pulao, Roti, Phulka and Chapati.

Lip smacker (Nutritious & Easy to make)

Lip Smacker (Nutritious and Easy) is a mouth-watering dessert prepared with Red banana, Apple, Low fat Milk, Almonds, Fresh cream, Coconut powder, Walnut, Brown Sugar, Vanilla essence and Lemon water. This is a different recipe for those who are bored eating raw fruits and nuts. It is a healthy start which can be served before breakfast as it contains the essential nutrients one must need to lead a healthy life. The apt time to eat fruits and nuts is half an hour before breakfast.
Red banana is rich in Vitamin C, Potassium and Fiber. It cures constipation and prevents from type 2 diabetes. It also aids in weight reduction as it contains only few calories when compared to other fruits. It is essential to include Red banana in our daily meal. It is also an instant source of energy. As it is rich in anti-oxidants, it increases the hemoglobin count and improves the quality of blood.

Almonds are rich in Vitamin E, Biotin, Manganese, Magnesium and Riboflavin. It effectively lowers the LDL cholesterol, if it is consumed daily. It is also high in protein and fiber. It also aids in maintaining the blood glucose and blood pressure level.
Coconut powder is rich in fiber and healthy unsaturated fat. It is the one of the best ways to include unsaturated fat in our diet. Here, I have used Brown sugar instead of white Sugar. It is nutritious when compared to White Sugar. Brown sugar can also be replaced with Raw Honey which has more health benefits.
