Jeera Poli is a delicious dessert which is prepared with Maida (All-purpose flour), sugar, rice flour, Ghee, Saffron strands and Cardamom. It is a deep fried Indian bread dipped in Sugar syrup.

It is the tradition to prepare Poli on the Occasion of Bhogi (the previous day before Pongal (Makar Sankranti). There are various types of Polis but I love Jeera Poli very much. Brownie Banana balls

Brownie Banana ball is a mouth-watering Dessert prepared with Brownie Walnut Cake, Banana, Khoya, Condensed Milk, Milk powder, Jaggery and Dark Chocolate Syrup.

As I want to add fiber and Nutrients to this Dessert, I have added Red Banana to it. As Sugar is already present in the Condensed Milk and Milk powder, I don’t want to add more Sugar to it. But, I have added Jaggery powder instead which is a healthy substitute for it.

Lip Smacker (Nutritious and Easy) is a mouth-watering dessert prepared with Red banana, Apple, Low fat Milk, Almonds, Fresh cream, Coconut powder, Walnut, Brown Sugar, Vanilla essence and Lemon water. It is nutritious when compared to White Sugar. Brown sugar can also be replaced with Raw Honey which has more health benefits.
