Gobi Musallam is a delectable North Indian Gravy prepared with the blanched whole Cauliflower, Khoya, Pumpkin seeds, Tomatoes, Onion and Spices. In this delicious gravy, the Cauliflower as a whole is first blanched and then cooked in creamy gravy. It tastes the best with Plain rice, Pulao, Roti, Phulka and Chapati.

Lip Smacker (Nutritious and Easy) is a mouth-watering dessert prepared with Red banana, Apple, Low fat Milk, Almonds, Fresh cream, Coconut powder, Walnut, Brown Sugar, Vanilla essence and Lemon water. This is a different recipe for those who are bored eating raw fruits and nuts. It is a healthy start which can be served before breakfast as it contains the essential nutrients one must need to lead a healthy life. The apt time to eat fruits and nuts is half an hour before breakfast.

Coconut powder is rich in fiber and healthy unsaturated fat. It is the one of the best ways to include unsaturated fat in our diet. Here, I have used Brown sugar instead of white Sugar. It is nutritious when compared to White Sugar. Brown sugar can also be replaced with Raw Honey which has more health benefits.

As this toothsome dish is very low in fat, it is the best choice for diet conscious people. The mixture of Vegetables in it adds more fiber to it and makes it very healthy. Proso millet Stuffed Idli is prepared with Proso millet, Urad dal, Poha, Fenugreek seeds, Potatoes, Green peas, Carrots, Onion, Lemon, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Spices.
I prefer adding Extra Virgin Olive Oil in most of my dishes as it is an anti-oxidant which is rich in Omega 6 Fatty acids and Mono unsaturated Fats. It protects the Heart and prevents from unwanted blood clotting. It reduces the LDL cholesterol level and prevents from Cardio Vascular diseases. Including (1-2) tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in our diet is essential as it also helps in maintaining the Blood pressure level.
