Weight loss drink is prepared with coriander leaves / celery, cucumber and Ginger.

How coriander leaves / celery helps?

Coriander leaves is used in weight loss as it cleans the gut, cleanses and detoxifies the body, increases the metabolism which ultimately helps in weight loss.

It is also rich in polyphenols and quercetin which helps in preventing the fat deposits , eliminating the fat cells around the liver and reduces the bad cholesterol

How cucumber helps?

Cucumber is a low calorie vegetable which is rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin k and anti oxidants. It is a zero fat food that fights against constipation, lowers blood glucose and cholesterol.

How ginger helps?

Ginger increases metabolism, reduces belly fat, increases the body temperature that helps in calorie burning, helps in digestion and fat oxidation.

Dosage: Take a glass of this drink an hour before sleeping (at night time).

Ingredients

  • Coriander leaves / धनिये के पत्ते / கொத்துமல்லி தழை – ( 150 – 180) grams
  • Ginger / अदरक / இஞ்சி – 5 inch
  • Cucumber / खीरा / வெள்ளரிக்காய் (large size) – 1 (chopped)
  • Water / पानी / தண்ணீர் – (650 to 700) ml

Method

  1. Grind the coriander leaves, ginger and cucumber along with water.
  2. Filter it well .
  3. Drink a glass of this juice before going to sleep every day.
